Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences, follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
- Manage, Follow-up & Update content of Social Media accounts based on management directions
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales prospects & Accounts, Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Assisting Human Resources department with personnel databases , payroll and recruitment.
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Male & Female from 22 to 29 Years
- Good command of English language & Computer Skills
- Strong listening & presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good appearance.
- 1 to 3 years previous experience in administration field or in a relative field is preferable
