Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences, follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
  • Manage, Follow-up & Update content of Social Media accounts based on management directions
  • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales prospects & Accounts, Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Assisting Human Resources department with personnel databases , payroll and recruitment.
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Male & Female from 22 to 29 Years
  • Good command of English language & Computer Skills
  • Strong listening & presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good appearance.
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in administration field or in a relative field is preferable
