Job Description
- Should have knowledge of plastic disposable products, watch boxes, watch stands and should have relevant markets’ customer relationship.
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Serves to existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade segments.
- Keeps management informed by submitting sales activity reports, such as daily call report , weekly work plans. and monthly plans and annual territory analyses.
- Achieves the Sales target by applying various sales techniques such as business to business, cold calling, presentations etc.,
- Executes the sales orders, visits the customers, communicate with customers either by phone or via email.
- Checks the accuracy in Sales orders and Sales invoices and makes sure that there are no discrepancies.
- Contacts clients to answer any queries or to obtain any missing information.
- Liaises with Logistics to make sure prompt and timely deliveries.
- Ensures sales targets are met and reported if there is any deviations.
- Resolves customer by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports by making recommendations to management.
- Responsible for collection of debts and timely follow-up.
- This position reports to Sales Manager or above.
- Track record of over-achieving the allotted quota.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce or Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative;
- Good command in both English and Arabic (oral and written)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and familiar with applying various sales techniques.
- Well presenter.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication, strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Preference will be given to those who are having experience in disposable plastic products’ markets covered all over Saudi Arabia.
