Job Description
- We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help build out and maintain our SLA with our customer, to be the first line of support to our customers, and to configure and install our solutions and services.
- The candidate will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support our solutions and services for our customers
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Pro actively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Monitor and report on project status
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Solid networking knowledge and practical experience (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Experience with Microsoft systems e.g. Win server, Exchange, and SCCM
- UTM Firewalls specially Fortigate is a plus
- Experience with visualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
- Good knowledge of electronics and understanding programming concepts

- Excellent speaking and writing English skills
