Job Description
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Promote the company's services to existing customers and new customers.
- Have knowledge of all the information related to the services and provide a full explanation to customers about them.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Working conditions:
- Working days will be 5 days a week Monday to Friday
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English with a good accent is a MUST (American or British).
- Bachelor's degree or university students (part time vacancies are available for students).
- Good personality.
