Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Achieve sales targets through a team of medical representatives.
  • Ensure implementation of sales plan for line- tracks, pushes and motivates sales team, reports & evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed.
  • Conduct several field trips on regular basis to the area with the team to different physicians to ensure the implementation of the sales plan, take market feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to assess the performance and ensuring they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the entire team
  • Apply adequate control and ensure the proper utilization of all resources such as brochures, samples .etc
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Present feedback to the head.
  • Interview, hire and develop candidates with a proven track record of sales success to build a highly productive sales team.
  • Ensures low turnover rate in the line by consistently rewarding good performers.
  • Participating in setting the annual sales target.
  • Allocate the sales targets in coordination with the team based on the geographic affinity for each product.
  • Review them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Pharmacy / Medicine / Veterinary
  • Post Grad Studies: MBA is an asset
  • Year of Experience: 7 - 10 Years including 3 years in a similar position
  • Gender: Any
  • Age: Not more than 32
