Job Description
A Sales Manager is required to establish and run a sales organization in the PVC Doors field. This organization should consist of more than 20 sales personals and engineers, along with technical office and support. The applicant is required to have a vast experience in the construction and contracting field, with a brief knowledge on doors and their installments.
Main Tasks:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Developing relationships with clients Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Overseeing a sales team
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of Experience in the Construction and Contracting Field
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Etc..)
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Cairo resident
