Job Description
- Plans, directs, implements and oversees human resources policies and activities such as employment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations and communication by performing the following duties personally and through subordinates.
- Plans, directs & implements Performance Appraisal & salary administration programs, and all HR related activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable University
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the HR field
