Job Description
Main Duties:
- Start from permit drawings stage, to reaching construction drawings issued for site
- Able to understand the needs for each following stages:
- Lows and municipality requirements
- Architecture codes and measurements for standard buildings items
- Coordination with structure, electrical and mechanical systems
- Know how to finish all needs data into reasonable scale for standard sheets
- Checking the site requirements and able to solve the conflicts and problems in the all building parts (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Wall Sections Doors and Windows ……. Details)
- Designing the details and correct the ratios if needs.
