Job Description

  • A significant role through follow up and negotiations with different parties to reduce financial burdens and expenses for the Company, that is to be done by close coordination with the Financial Division through the Chairman.
  • Develop strategic plans and company objectives with Senior Management.
  • Set up and discuss the sales plans as well as the yearly supply chain plans and the division’s budget with Senior Management.
  • Set up the Company’s financial organization catering for the funding needs in coordination with Senior Management.
  • Organizing and planning the commercial activities as well as the supply chain activities through the Division’s effective organizational chart.
  • Supervise the designs of the supply chain plans that support the company’s strategies to cope with the changing circumstances of the market by creating opportunities for new markets, or presenting new services for the growth of the company.
  • Analyzing the markets’ reports as well as competitors in coordination with the Business Development department to identify the targeted opportunities as well as future expansions while following up the competitors’ status and their relevant strategies including the development of the market in order to attain the best marketing strategy.
  • Supervising the setup of the supply chain plans with other related departments and follow up the execution of these plans and relevant policies through the assigned team according to the company’s needs to insure quality.
  • Set up the system and plans related to the commercial activities in the division’s strategic plan, and supervise its execution and commitment.
  • Setting up the percentages for targeted sales and supervise the commitment in the set time.
  • Participate in setting up the budgetary plans for all company departments together with the Financial Division.
  • Agree with the Financial Division on means of payments either to clients or suppliers prior to finalizing contracts.
  • Negotiating the commercial deals and contracts with the suppliers based on the incoming requests from the clients according to the nature of supply orders related to type, delivery time and prices.
  • Set up plans and reports for the current expenses and compare them to the ideal expenses.
  • Control and assessment of sales activities covering the definition of sales zones, definition of salesmen paths, definition of sales shares, and receiving reports on sales activities and assess reached results, while setting the adequate procedures to elevate the performance level and develop it.
  • Build a database for the suppliers and shipment agencies and transportation to define the sales areas while dividing the market into sectors to capitalize on the greatest number pf clients
  • To work on increasing the company’s market share through the increase the company’s sales volumes.
  • Follow up and assess the sales team performance as well as the supply chain department performance, and insure to develop their skills by defining their Training needs and continuously motivating them to increase their skills.
  • Issue routine reports to Senior Management covering the accomplishments as well as obstacles that the division face in addition to suggestions for solutions.
  • Synchronize the sales activities with other departments (business development, Finance, and Technical departments)
  • The continuous search for new clients and communicating with them to widen the current clients base.
  • Supervising the collection from clients through the division’s team while insuring the rectification of problems to decrease the size of external collections to the lowest level while coordinating with the Finance Division.
  • To participate in the negotiations with the shipment agencies, transportation, and suppliers
  • Visiting the important clients together with sales Manager and officers insuring the solution of problems and strengthening relationships.
  • Follow up the contemporary management tools through training courses
  • Follow up the market as well as the economic changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration or any related field.
  • Minimum Ten years of experience have 5 years in a senior relevant role.
  • Significant experience in negotiating agreements with strategic partners.
  • Proven track record in client management & in developing new business opportunities based on sound business case development
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Advanced interpersonal & negotiation skills.
