Job Description
- Supervise the execution of the production plans and programs and ensuring the employees' commitment to the factory’s set production plans and programs in order to achieve the required productivity and fulfill the local and foreign markets requirements.
- Determine the procedures of the different production processes which are required to manufacture the structures through studying the layouts, recognizing the required materials' specifications and characteristics and monitoring and following up on their sequencing and timing.
- Study and analyze the set production programs and plans to determine the execution's priorities as per the required quantities, specifications, delivery dates and other criteria.
- Ensures of the production lines safety before operating them.
- Follow up daily on their operation in such a way that guarantees the required production's quality.
- Implement the accredited corrective and preventive procedures resulted from the auditing and inspecting processes of the production's lines which applied by the Quality Control Department.
- Prepares daily production reports for the production lines which related to the production process progress and the problems which impede their progress, produced quantities, labors' qualifications, the machines and equipment efficiency and others and raising them to the Production Department Manager.
- Provides the industrial safety and security requirements in addition to implement the occupational safety principles and ensuring the employees' commitment to them.

Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an equivalent position preferabley working in FMCG Company ( Water)
