Job Description
- Manage development activities for multiple products including communication, planning, monitoring, control and closure.
- Create and manage activities including; scope, schedule, resource planning and status reports.
- Communicate and collaborate with different departments that contribute to releases and/or affected by them.
- Provide ongoing plan/status reporting for all concerned stakeholders.
- Manage resource planning and organization capacity planning.
- Make decisions and communicate tradeoffs and risks and drive-key decisions.
- Manage the KPIs for the engineering team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2 years experience in project management related occupation in technology environment
- Must have the following development skill sets: C#.Net, ASP.NET and MVC
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and ability to drive projects and manage staff.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communications in English including presentations.
