- Responsible for updating manpower, headcount regarding resignations and recruiting.
- Developing recruitment strategy and resources to ensure future supply of qualified employees to meet organization’s strategic objective
- Conducting monthly Salaries & Attendance.
- Design job analysis and job description for all positions.
- Handles HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance, evaluations
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree.
- HR Diploma is preferable.
- Should have more than 5 years experience.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
- Excellent in English.
- Industrial background
- Strong decision-making skills
