Job Description
- Responsible for updating manpower, headcount regarding resignations and recruiting.
- Design job analysis and job description for all positions.
- Handles HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance, evaluations.
- Develops a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationship with high potential candidates.
- Performs reference/background checks, verifies salary history and academic degree.
- Offers positions to candidates, negotiates/establishes salary and compensation package.
- Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of time-frames for recruitment process and on-time delivery
- Creates, Maintains and Updates Employees files On the HR Data Base and Issue Regular Reports as Required
- All employees' affairs such as attendance, overtime, vacations, insurance, According to labor Law.
- Responsible for signing and renewing employee’s contracts.
