Job Description
- An operations engineer provides maintenance and troubleshooting assistance in manufacturing processes;
- Investigates quality defects for root cause; and helps improve manufacturing system efficiency, reduce cost and train operating staff.
- Provides engineering advice and determines probable costs for process improvement projects.
- The engineer also reviews operating activities and communicates manufacturing capabilities and production schedule.
