Job Description
- Assist project manager in developing performance management support.
- Support the development of client’s strategic goals, objectives and performance metrics at an enterprise level.
- Perform analysis on Client data to understand trends and drivers of agency performance and its impact on mission.
- Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
- Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs is becoming increasingly important.
- Developing effective induction programs.
- Conducting appraisals.
- Devising individual learning plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years work experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, performance management, briefing and presentation skills.
- Experience with data collection, research, and analysis.
- Knowledgeable of advanced principles, applied theory and techniques applicable to organizational performance.
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
- Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.
