Job Description

  • Assist project manager in developing performance management support.
  • Support the development of client’s strategic goals, objectives and performance metrics at an enterprise level.
  • Perform analysis on Client data to understand trends and drivers of agency performance and its impact on mission.
  • Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs is becoming increasingly important.
  • Developing effective induction programs.
  • Conducting appraisals.
  • Devising individual learning plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years work experience.
  • Experience with strategic planning, performance management, briefing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data collection, research, and analysis.
  • Knowledgeable of advanced principles, applied theory and techniques applicable to organizational performance.
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.
