Job Description
A successful candidate will be required to carry out daily tasks including:
- Keep track of all device orders.
- Coordinate the delivery of devices.
- Make sure all orders are delivered according to contract or deal with customer.
- Keep updated stock data for devices.
- Keep documents and files for every device before and after delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange installation and invoicing.
- Handle communication with customer to coordinate delivery dates.
- Follow up collection of advanced payments.
- Follow up installments and coordinate to ensure timely collection.
- Handle the purchase of any locally sourced items to complete the order.
- Provide periodic reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Job Requirements
Successful Candidate Must:
- Have Bachelor degree.
- Very good skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Live in Cairo, Sheraton and Heliopolis preferred.
- Be less than 28 Years old - Males preferred.
