Job Description

A successful candidate will be required to carry out daily tasks including:

  • Keep track of all device orders.
  • Coordinate the delivery of devices.
  • Make sure all orders are delivered according to contract or deal with customer.
  • Keep updated stock data for devices.
  • Keep documents and files for every device before and after delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to arrange installation and invoicing.
  • Handle communication with customer to coordinate delivery dates.
  • Follow up collection of advanced payments.
  • Follow up installments and coordinate to ensure timely collection.
  • Handle the purchase of any locally sourced items to complete the order.
  • Provide periodic reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly).

Job Requirements

Successful Candidate Must:

  • Have Bachelor degree.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Live in Cairo, Sheraton and Heliopolis preferred.
  • Be less than 28 Years old - Males preferred.
