Job Description
- Onboard new candidates, complete their hiring process in the office and schedule their orientation with the HR Manager,
- Manage and handle visa issuance process for all types of visa “new candidates, visitors, exit - re-entry visa, etc.”.
- Follow up on all employees documents and their end date to ensure their hiring documents are renewed “Iqama, passport, etc.”.
- Liaise with the Admin Department all necessary preparation for travel arrangements, visitors or new candidates accommodations, etc.".
- Liaise with the Finance Department all required preparation and support for anyone of the team travelling for Business “Booking is completed, allowances are disbursed, etc.”.
- Administer medical and life insurance programs,
- Support the team in the office with all HR related matters,
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status on the system,
- Arrange with the HR Manager the recruitment process whether in the office or virtually,
- Ensure the team is applying the policies and procedures and report any deviation to the HR Manager,
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner,
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation,
- Any other assigned duties related to the job.
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field,
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist,
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like ZOHO,
- Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with the full cycle of recruitment,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Good problem-solving abilities,
- Team management skills,
