Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Handle information requests.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Save the messages and documents in the appropriate files, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner for easy reference when requested or needed
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for Managing Director
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Writing and printing and vacations offices starts and permits and sanctions all employees of the department and head of the department approved and delivered to the Department of Human Resources.
- To receive the weekly plan of the department head and typed on the computer and printed and approved and distributed to staff the department.
- Any other assigned Administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
- Female
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh Grads are very welcomed to apply)
