Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Save the messages and documents in the appropriate files, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner for easy reference when requested or needed
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Writing and printing and vacations offices starts and permits and sanctions all employees of the department and head of the department approved and delivered to the Department of Human Resources.
  • To receive the weekly plan of the department head and typed on the computer and printed and approved and distributed to staff the department.
  • Any other assigned Administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English
  • Female
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh Grads are very welcomed to apply)
