To provide an effective, professional service in the development of custom applications and post-processors to customers and support the Sales Team with technical assistance when applicable, which underpins our professional services offering and secures important revenue for the company.
Be able to provide application service to customers, internal sales team while providing technical assistance to internal technical support engineers if applicable.
Lead Support team technical leadership as well as support center accountability is required
Attend the local customers and solve the issues and doubts they may have on our CAM software
Collaborate with the International Support Team to help them solve our customers issues as per their requests
Collaborate with Sales Team in the technical side of sales with Demonstrations, Preparing Benchmarks, solving doubts and more as per their needs
Any other technical tasks that the company may require

7 years of work experience in the technical support of CAD/CAM software or technical support of machine tool sector or similar
Experience in the CAM software for machine programming especially Edgecam & WorkNC
Experience in CNC Milling machine operation and programming
Experience in team leadership will be highly valued
CNC Manual programming knowledge and/or experience will be very valued (Gcode writing)
Mechanical/ Production Engineer (Diploma or Bachelor) title or similar
