Job Description
- To provide an effective, professional service in the development of custom applications and post-processors to customers and support the Sales Team with technical assistance when applicable, which underpins our professional services offering and secures important revenue for the company.
- Be able to provide application service to customers, internal sales team while providing technical assistance to internal technical support engineers if applicable.
- Lead Support team technical leadership as well as support center accountability is required
- Attend the local customers and solve the issues and doubts they may have on our CAM software
- Collaborate with the International Support Team to help them solve our customers issues as per their requests
- Collaborate with Sales Team in the technical side of sales with Demonstrations, Preparing Benchmarks, solving doubts and more as per their needs
- Any other technical tasks that the company may require
Job Requirements
- 7 years of work experience in the technical support of CAD/CAM software or technical support of machine tool sector or similar
- Experience in the CAM software for machine programming especially Edgecam & WorkNC
- Experience in CNC Milling machine operation and programming
- Experience in team leadership will be highly valued
- CNC Manual programming knowledge and/or experience will be very valued (Gcode writing)
- Mechanical/ Production Engineer (Diploma or Bachelor) title or similar
