Job Description
- Achieve sales targets through the team
- Ensure implementation of sales plan for line- tracks, pushes and motivates sales team, reports & evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed.
- Conduct several field trips on regular basis to the area with the team to different physicians to ensure the implementation of the sales plan, take market feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to assess the performance and ensuring they are meeting their sales targets.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the entire team
- Apply adequate control and ensure the proper utilization of all resources such as brochures, samples .etc
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Present feedback to the head.
- Interview, hire and develop candidates with a proven track record of sales
- success to build a highly productive sales team.
- Ensures low turnover rate in the line by consistently rewarding good performers.
- Participating in setting the annual sales target.
- Allocate the sales targets in coordination with the team based on the geographic affinity for each product.
- Review them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bsc degree of Commerce or any relevant field
- A minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- V.Good in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
