Job Description
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs (email, social media, digital campaigns) to support business objectives.
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities for growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Manage company social media profiles and presence, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to develop integrated campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the IT, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work on-site and participate in events as required.
