Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in shopping mall management and operations.
Previous experience working with specialized shopping mall management and operations companies is essential.
Strong practical experience in general management, mall operations, and Facility Management (FM).
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead large and diverse teams.
Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of commercial leasing, tenant relations, and mall operational requirements.
Ability to develop operational systems, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's operational and strategic plans.
Oversee all aspects of shopping mall operations and management.
Supervise facility management departments, including maintenance, utilities, security, and housekeeping.
Oversee commercial leasing and marketing activities, monitor occupancy rates, and maximize rental performance.
Lead, manage, and develop operational teams to improve productivity and organizational performance.
Manage relationships with tenants, customers, service providers, suppliers, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and operational policies.
Enhance the overall experience of visitors, tenants, and business partners.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
