We are looking for a reliable Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will handle daily cash operations, manage treasury tasks, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. You will work closely with our team to maintain smooth daily financial processes and precise bank reconciliations .

Key Responsibilities :

Handle daily cash transactions, including collections, payments, and receipts .
Perform regular cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy .
Maintain up-to-date accounting records and assist with general ledger entries .
Prepare basic financial reports and daily cash summaries for management .
Manage and organize financial documents, receipts, and vouchers .
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits when needed .

Job Requirements

Gender : Male only
Age : Not exceeding 35 years old
Residence : Cairo
Education Level : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting Department) with a grade of "Good" or higher
Experience Needed : 3 to 7 years of practical experience in accounting, finance, and specifically treasury/cash operations ( Experience in the educational sector or schools is preferred ) .

Cash & Treasury Management : Proficient in managing and handling daily cash flow ( collections and disbursements ) , maintaining vouchers, and ensuring high accuracy in cash and bank reconciliations .
Financial Reporting & General Ledger : Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, reports, and budgets, while maintaining accurate general ledger accounts .
Technical Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, various accounting software, and hands-on experience with modern ERP Software and financial tools .
Auditing & Compliance : Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards .
Analytical & Problem-Solving : Exceptional skills in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing principles, and data analysis to propose effective solutions .

Professional Standards : Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, high professional integrity, and the ability to work effectively on-site in Cairo, Egypt .
