Job Summary
MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to oversee all maintenance operations within a commercial mall, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, facilities, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in MEP systems, proven leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing maintenance operations in commercial malls.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the mall's maintenance team and daily technical operations.
Oversee all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, elevators, and BMS.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure all facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
Manage maintenance contractors, service providers, and technical suppliers.
Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with mall management, operations, and tenants to resolve technical issues.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, response times, and service quality.
Prepare technical reports and recommend operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant maintenance or facility management experience.
At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership or managerial position.
Previous experience in commercial malls or large retail complexes is mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance operations.
Proven experience in contractor management, budgeting, and maintenance planning.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
