Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support for project costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the engineering consultancy field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, practices, and regulations in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in financial accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
