Managing our online stores on other platforms and manage product listings on amazon and noon , optimize product content, monitor inventory, and ensure high customer satisfaction. |
Day to Day Operations
- Manage our online stores on other platforms
- Create and optimize product listings to increase visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure product availability
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to promote products and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product taxonomy, categorization, and content creation.
- Experience with product management and catalogue management systems, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
