Job Description
- Perform moderately complex to difficult secretarial and clerical duties.
- Compose correspondences, prepare routine reports, schedule meetings or appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements for all management staff.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, and maintain a well-synchronized filing system.
- Support the operation staff in performing any required secretarial assignments.
- Share in preparation of different reports to the higher management.
- Handle different meetings and exhibitions inside and outside the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Resident prefer Nasr City or Heliopolis.
