Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery week scheduling and venue coordination
- Assist with facilitator communications and logistics arrangements
- Help coordinate speaker arrangements and briefings (under supervision)
- Support on-site setup, registration, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain delivery databases, attendance tracking, and logistics systems
- Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection
- Learn event management best practices through hands-on experience
- Own the credentialing process
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Communications, or related field
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to tasks
- Professional communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Comfortable learning new processes and adapting to changing schedules
