Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of ESLSCA University’s network infrastructure across all branches. The Network Engineer will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the network systems including data centers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, IP telephony, and surveillance systems. This role supports the university’s operations by delivering reliable connectivity, network security, and seamless communication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure IT infrastructure across all ESLSCA branches including data centers, network racks, and structured cabling.
- Install, configure, and manage network switches and wireless access points to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
- Implement and monitor network security policies; configure and maintain firewall systems to safeguard the network.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to ensure high availability and manage connectivity for all locations.
- Configure and manage IP phone systems and Grandstream UCM to maintain seamless internal and external communications.
- Oversee and maintain the CCTV system, public address system, and sound system to ensure functionality and security coverage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in network administration or engineering.
- CCNA is required.
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent level of English language
- Good level of punctuality and accountability.
- Five days a week
