Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
May also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
2-3 Years Proven relevant experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role (Social Media Marketing / Digital Media Specialist).
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Advanced Expressive Writing Skills (English and Arabic) is a must.
Basic Photoshop knowledge (Preferably experienced in graphic design or any relevant tool used to create social media posts)
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Time management.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with out of the box ideas.
Outstanding research skills.
Willingness to learn
Replies to messages indirect, comments, working out the negative;
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
