Job Description
- Execute Vendor’s Acquisition Strategy for Mid-tail & Long-tail vendors
- Manage the lead to live process
- Incubate the vendors after live to make sure they are engaged properly
- Ensuring all acquisition channels are operating flawlessly and producing the maximum output
- Manage Vendors Training with Operations & Content
- Grow the number of daily live vendors with the maximum number of SKUs
- Ensuring sellers get active on the platform
- Acquire and incubate key target sellers, in line with our long-term strategic plan
- Implement campaigns and initiatives for new sellers to boost their performance
- Devise a plan to acquire vendors and products to fuel an aggressive growth
- Devise and implement online and offline strategies to source leads
- Collect their data and follow up with them daily in order to bring them live.
- Explain the benefits of joining our platform.
- Phone screening the sellers to make sure they are valid
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce,
- Experience in e-commerce seller Acquisition is a must.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative & solutions-focused approach.
- Experience selling products/services into new markets is strongly desired.
- Quarter contract ( only 3 months )
- Superior communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and be very passionate about success and winning.
- Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- Comfortable with complex financial data. Polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
