Accepted employees will start training at the office for the first week only in Heliopolis then they'll start working from home.
Handling calls, e-mails & webchats.
Rotational shifts (8hrs). Days off (Saturdays & Sundays).
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Must have your own laptop & headset (if not, you can work from our office).
- Fluency in English (AMERICAN ACCENT IS A MUST).
- Graduates only!!!
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in CS is a plus.
- Familiar with handling calls.
- Familiar with sending Business E-mails.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
