Job Description
- Responsible for managing the overall IT operation (both infrastructure and application/ system)
- Supervise the team on daily support as well as the strategic planning
- As the IT Head in the region, work closely with the IT headquarter in Europe for all directions and project initiatives
- Handle IT budget and project management
- Monitor, evaluate and organize the current IT systems in order to ensure they are having efficient and quality performance
- Drive and conduct any appropriate and needed training courses within the team and to business users
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as IT Manager
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Computer science or equivalent.
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Products (Windows Server/Active Directory/File sharing/Print Service)
- Project Management knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of complex information and requirements
- Good Priority Management skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
- Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
- Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
