Job Description
We are recruit for our client prestigious real estate developer located in New Cairo -Egypt
Location : New Cairo + might have some site visits
Working days : Sunday to Thursday from 10 am - 6 pm
Main responsibilities:
•Prepare the cost report on a regular basis Using Earned Value Management to reflect the project cost status and reporting to managers and monitor the reports by power BI.
•Prepare the Material Wastage report monthly to reflect the Wastage of material and monitor the report by Power BI.
•Prepare the dashboard report and AOP regular Quarterly - Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it with budget.
•Preparing cost breakdown for items to help tendering team to approve unit rate.
•Reviewing subcontractors and material unit rate with sector prices.
•Analyze material purchase orders and Contracts compared to budget. - Monitor the status and actual cost for labor, equipment, subcontractors and committed cost.
•Review SR’s and PR’s (subcontractor Request & Purchase Request) and write down the budget rate and check the quantities are within budget.
•Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
•Controlling warehouse expenses by creating a coding system for each item and approving move orders by ERP system and ensure transactions to actual cost.
•Participate in project initiation and preparation of initial budgets.
•CSI & Expenditure coding system, Actual cost data collection procedures, Integration with ERP system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering civil or architecture
- From 6-10 Years of Experience in construction , and real estate development companies is preferred.
- Experience with ERP system a must
-Technically strong in project cost control and reporting.
- Very strong in Excel
