Manage the planning and implementation of promotional initiatives to expand awareness of the company both on and offline
Support the development and execute company promotional plan split into monthly, weekly and daily scheduled activities.
Manage all social media profiles and activity on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn from content creation to implementation and reporting.
Monitor record and respond to queries and comments received through social media and expand online brand presence through social media engagement and effective positioning – joining and posting in groups, forums etc.
Develop relations with brand appropriate venues to distribute monthly print magazine.
Manage the planning and production of company videos including educational and promotional ensuring posting deadlines are met.
Establish and maintain a database of reporters/presenters and set up auditions through Facebook, universities, online recruitment etc.
Prepare partnership proposals for events we wish to be associated with and liaise with event contact regarding any agreements reached.
Coordinate promotional mailings as required to readers / prospective clients.
Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on social media and other marketing activities to show progress and communicate insights that enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
Liaise with Design Department to manage the production of company brochures, social media promotions, website ads etc.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and AdWords programs providing weekly and monthly reporting.
Research relevant events to attend and add to the website.
Gather sales prospects contacts and arrange introductions / meetings.
