Job Description
- Supervising and Direct Production Functions & Staff .
- Oversee production processes & adjust the production schedule to prioritize back-orders .
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s) .
- Ensure that all products are completed on time and of good quality .
- Delegate and make adjustments as necessary to complete all scheduled production .
- Monitor the quality of incoming raw material and finished product.
- Planning and executing pilot batches production in manufacturing site .
- Accurately evaluates achievement of production plan to objectives based on available resources
- Assigns tasks to Technicians according to their skills .
- Transmits documents on time .
- Reviews and approves production records .
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed .
- Accurately assesses problems .
- Analyses and evaluates options .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Science
- Previous experience in solid dosage form
- Strong communication skills
- Excelent in English language.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work alone or as a team player
