Job Description
- Defines user models and interfaces for projects.
- Manages the delivery of design, implementation and validation of the user experience of the online and mobile app.
- Mentors team of web designers.
- Works closely with existing teams, project managers, designers and engineers through numerous stages of the product development cycle. Participates in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from creation to implementation.
- Communicate with UI developers to manage the process and the details of finishing the implementation.
- Helps build inspiring and intuitive features for our mobile and web products.
- Supervises team of web designers.
Works closely with existing teams, project managers, creative and engineers through numerous stages of the product development cycle. - Participates in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from creation to implementation.
- Defines user model and user interface for new and existing projects.
- Develops high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, with user persons in mind.
- Manages the delivery of design, implementation and validation of the experience of the online presence.
- Develops easy to use and user-friendly interfaces, backed by solid research and usability testing.
- Ensures quality product delivery in a timely fashion.
- Utilizes the latest web design software to develop state-of-the-art user
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Visual Design and Front-End Coding, at least 3-4 years in UX Management
- Experience for online customers and consumers.
- Passionate about creating compelling user experiences and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Comfortable creating user flows, mockups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and you know how to best use these tools to properly communicate your vision.
