Job Description

General description:

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of a marketing plan and sales for all services offered by the development of human capacity department, and put unconventional suggestions about marketing and preparing reports which adapt to the available resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in setting objectives and promotion policies of sales, and marketing of training programs.
  • Create data base for target competitors and geographical distributions areas.
  • Create an annual marketing and sales plan to achieve the goals which set by the Public Administration for the development of human capacity department.
  • Coordinate sales activities in cooperation with other departments.
  • Prepare reports about selling activity to evaluate the results, and make corrective recommendations to develop the performance.
  • Do marketing research and to study the market share of the Institute and the competitors.
  • Work to raise the market share of institute.
  • Permanent search for new clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Participate in the selection of sales coordinators, train them and identify their needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales coordinator and improve their skills.
  • Follow-up the competitors’ conditions and their strategy.
  • Any other tasks which assigned to him from institute

Job Requirements

Capacity and professional skills:

  • High capacity in putting plans and policies of marketing and sales.
  • High skills in the preparation of marketing researches.
  • High skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving
  • Ability to prepare periodic and annual reports
  • Achievement the required work with high accuracy and speed level.
  • The possibility of travel and accommodation outside Cairo.

Capacity and personal skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • The strength of personality.
  • Excellent knowledge about other competitors.
  • Flexibility and adapt with different situations.

 Qualifications and required experience:

  • High qualified appropriately, preferably Bachelor of Commerce (specialization required marketing / sales or business management).
  • Practical experience not less than 5 years in sales and marketing training programs.
  • Very good level in using computers and Microsoft applications.
  • Very good level of English Language.
