Job Description
- Ensure the compliance of all assembled product meet the related specifications and also be sure that all delivered products to store are fully complied to the requirement as per quality control plan.
- Manage & lead quality staff engaged in final inspection activities.
- Manage the process of testing for Final product.
- Establish and ensure the availability and documented inspection and test inspection for all performed activities under his supervision.
- Supervise all inspection activities in final inspection and ensure that all manufacturing are conducted as per quality control plan.
- Update the quality control plan and related inspection and testing instruction on regular bases pending upon the taken corrective action and/or preventive action. Competent reporting system.
- Aware and implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001-2008.
- Aware and implement the requirement of OHS management system OHSAS.
- Maintain all inspection records to be clear, obvious, will stored, will maintained, accessible and retrieved.
- Documented criteria.
- Supervise and direct the inward staff to achieve Quality goals.
- Monitor and assess the staff performance regularly. Provide his subordinate with technical expertise & instruction.
- Work professionally under the umbrella of quality, environment and occupation health and safety management system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Quality.
- Preferable who are working in the field of home appliances industry.
- Good background of quality management system ISO 9001-2008.
