Job Description
- Site maintenance and plant caring including (Irrigation , fertilization, pest control, dealing with flowering plants)
- Preview sites, and analyze data of soil samples and plant the right plants to site conditions in terms of soil fertility and water availability, and wind speed and intensity of illumination.
- Direct workers during planting to ensure quality of planting.
- Responsible for propagation, growing, cultivation, caring and planting ornamental plants ,
- Managing workers and train them how to deal with plants in every process such as (propagate by cuttings , propagate by graft , planting under tunnels , Landscape planting in field
- Responsible for receiving seeds and measure the vitality of seeds if needed.
- Following up and measuring the rate of chemical fertilizers in the soil and roots consumption if needed.
- Aware of all kinds of seasonal diseases of plants.
- Recommends the best vendors for supplying needed materials in terms of quality and cost.
- Participate in recruiting the needed man power.
- Participates and supports in pricing tenders related in land scape.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of experience
- Having good experience of using fertilizers in field
- Capable of dealing with pests in field
- Experience with landscape
- Experience with maintenance of ornamental plants
- Capable of putting landscape designs
