Job Description
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
- Arrange new listing tours for sales people
- Approve all contracts and related forms signed by sales people
- Keep records of sales associates' productivity
- Work with sales people to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
- Interview and hire new sales associates
- Resolve disputes among sales people
- Report on sales activities to top management
- Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions.
- Facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, etc.
- Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
- Give advice to the real estate development team based on these findings.
- Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
Job Requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
- Minimum of 10 years real estate industry experience in an investment sales.
- Leadership skills are required.
