Job Description
- Greet & Meet pleasantly train passenger & help them to find their seats
- Arrange and prepare with a wide range of food & drinks varieties of buffet items Abella Train Services Company’s Buffet .
- Serve food and drinks to all passengers
- Keep the Buffet area clean & organized all the time
- Handle passengers’ requests & satisfy their needs professionally
- Keep passengers comfy and pleasant
- Keep passengers informed with the train menu items & promote for up selling products
- Act on spot for any food or drink special requests
- Cooperate with train team to keep passenger comfy and at ease during the trip.
- Adhere to company uniform & keep it clean and neat
- Follow all hygiene instructions and measurements strictly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Tourism & Hotel Management.
- Food & Beverage background is a must.
- At Least 2 years of experience in hospitality field.
- Good Command of English language
- Ability to travel & work on a shift basis.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
