Technical Support‬ - Call Center advisor outsourcing for leading telecommunication company located in UAE.

Vacancy available for Engineers or Non-Engineers with ‪basic Networks‬ ‎or CCNA‬ background.

Work location: in Maadi.

Gross Salary: 3200 EGP

Job Discription:

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements


  • Very good English speaker.
  • Basic networks and IT background is required.
  • Males must have an identified military status.
  • Maximum Age is 40.
  • Graduates only.
  • Able to work in Cairo, Maadi.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts 24/7 for both Males and Females.
