Job Description
- Guarantee the efficiency and reliability of machinery, systems, and equipment of the plant.
- Assure the up keeping and improvement of the process performances
- Ensure that the systems are in line with the standards of quality and with the requested product volumes.
- Assure the timely support and effective maintenance during the assigned work shift in order to keep the production active and ongoing, by leading and managing the assigned maintenance team.
- Plan and execute interventions and changes to the plant/machinery/equipment, in order to improve their efficiency and reliability.
- Manage and optimize the maintenance costs and the respect of the assigned budget.
- Identify training initiatives in order to keep update the technical know-how of the assigned human resources.
- Guarantee that the rules/certifications about Health, Safety and Environment are respected and applied on the workplace.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 10+ years work experience in the field of Maintenance or any other related field.
- Fluency in English language.
- Supervisory experience.
