Job Description
- Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production system.
- Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems.
- Perform hands-on research on new AWS services, as they are made available through AWS partnership
- Implementation/support of DevOps on AWS platform leveraging either of AWS native services or the traditional tools
- Designing, Installing and Configuring relevant AWS partner applications (along with monitoring utilities).
- Deploy applications on AWS platform leveraging AWS platform services like EC2, EBS, S3, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeArtifact etc
- Onboarding applications on AWS DevOps platform as per required workflow for CI/CD
- Application containerization with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
- Integration of various test automation frameworks and tools in the CI/CD pipelines
- Integration of security frameworks and tools for SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP etc.
- Build / Setup new utilities for efficiently managing AWS services for any implementation.
- Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on AWS platform.
- Designing, maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes.
Job Requirements
- Should have good knowledge of building scripts in Python
- Expertise in executing AWS solution in both public and hybrid cloud setup.
- In-depth hands-on experience on Amazon Web Services public cloud and their various services such as EC2, EBS, S3, SNS, SES, RDS, Redshift, SFTP, AWS Directory Services, Kinesis, etc.
- Working knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Github, JIRA, Confluence, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)
Certification:
- AWS Solution Architect – Associate Level certified OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer is mandatory
