Job Description
PICO Engineering Services is looking for Senior Service Engineer in (Material Handling / Forklifts)
- Seeking for new customers and opportunities in order to increase the market coverage.
- Conducting a service visits requested by supervisor & after market manager.
- Conducting a service visits to customer sites for Periodic maintenance and equipment check.
- Delivering new equipment to customers and start it up.
- Finding out the error, determining the required parts & install it to customer's machine to fix it.
- Following up quotations with Division Manager.
- Following up orders status with Division Manager.
- Confidentiality for all information, document & prices.
- Achieving the assigned targets & Service stuff to accomplish targets.
- Mentoring and coaching stuff performance and dealing with non performing gaps.
- Conducting technical training for stuff.
- Receiving all customer's need and requirement from Service Engineers.
- Keeping record for all customers (maintenance, S/P quantity & types)
- Managing company assets effectively including parts inventory, and test equipment.
- Preparing weekly Activities report, visit schedule report, visits detailed report & quotations report for Division Manager.
- Enforcing and monitoring guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Supervising the Processing of new equipment in preparation for delivering it to customers.
- Carrying out all jobs assigned by Division Manager..
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other B.Sc., significant knowledge of business field is essential. Owning a Car.
Years of Experience and Required Knowledge
- Experience : 5-7 Years of Experience in the same field
- Problem Solving, Reporting Research Results, Quality Focus, Productivity, Estimating, Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Safety Management.
- Excellent at both English & Arabic written & verbal communication skills
