Job Description
- Meets and handle new clients, discuss their exact needs and requests.
- Sells ready made packages based on client’s requests.
- Design best travel packages and itineraries to suit client expectations and requirements.
- Sells honeymoon packages
- Contact different suppliers (airlines, hotels, sightseeing, local agents…etc) to perform reservations and follow up with them till client check out.
- Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients.
- Ability to Travel with groups to various destinations outside Egypt to make sure all services are executed and handled properly.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
- Knowledge of leisure and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs (word, excel and PowerPoint )
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Presentable appearance
- Flexibility to travel abroad
- Ability to work under pressure
