Job Summary:

  • You will be responsible for shaping and protecting our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission. You’ll be responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with marketing teams in promotional activities. As a Sr. Marketing & PR Specialist you will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns, and targeting the demographic data of the target audience. You will work with marketing teams at companies to achieve success through more awareness about what we offer.



  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Enhancing the Arabhardware’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
  • Publish frequent press releases, speeches and other PR copies (Arabic & English).
  • Position Arabhardware in relevant events, fairs, conferences etc.
  • Create and execute bespoke strategic marketing plans and campaigns aiming to increase the visibility of Arabhardware.
  • Manage Arabhardware influencers, celebrities, and PR/media outlets portofolio. Acquiring new talents on a frequent basis (Managing media relations, deals, and requests.)
  • Work with other media outlets on barter deals to generate visibility and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to brainstorm campaign concepts and to constantly develop current and new services activities.
  • Measure, track and report performance of our content marketing campaigns, making sure it matches our clients needs.
  • Present monthly reports for our digital platform numbers, and conduct quarterly analysis reports for our digital reach.
  • Understand the gaming, hardware, tech, and esports market trends over time and how to utilize this to drive conversions on our content marketing campaigns, while constantly analyzing the industry scene, capitalizing on catching trends.
  • Be responsible for any mass media advertising (e.g. Media Buy, print, radio, subway, buses, etc.) to drive awareness and traffic to our campaigns.
  • Scope new marketing opportunities and help develop our services we offer.
  • Attend campaign briefings and kick-off meetings with the team, to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • Responsible for generating case studies, market research, and reports for our projects
  • Responsible for maintaining up- to- date company business assets such as company profile, business page, proposal and reporting templates.
  • Enhance brand image awareness through digital media visibility
  • Fully manage and produce valuable and engaging content for our business page website that attracts and converts potential leads to the organization's purposeful solutions.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing spending budget on a quarterly and annual basis for each of our campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Video Production team on generating frequent marketing promos, behind the scenes, and highlights showcasing Arabhardware’s full potential.
  • Perform quarterly and Semi-Annual SWOT Analysis.
  • Work closely with the social media team to enhance our digital marketing growth and presence.
  • Develop a PR strategy and manage the implementation to develop Arabhardware brand awareness.
  • Develop quarterly & annual communications plans to promote Arabhardware.
  • Develop the PR and communications content pipeline aligning with Arabhardware regional strategy and local media landscape, to support new project launches as well as business goals on existing focus on services.

Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the Marketing field.
  • Proficiency in English Language Written and Speaking.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
  • A creative yet practical mind.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Mail Ethics.
