Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost-benefit analysis, to identify key drivers of business performance.
2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide insights into financial performance.
5. Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.
8. Support financial analysis and special projects as needed.
9. Perform financial analysis and reporting as needed.
10. Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CMA or CFA is a plus.
2. 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate FP&A role. Former experience in CBE is a plus.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Hyperion, Tableau)
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in financial reporting and analysis.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. English language writing and reading is a must.
9. Professional user of Microsoft office programs.
10. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work with a diverse team and ability to communicate effectively.
