Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling accounting tasks, VAT filing, and HR responsibilities, UAE experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions
Maintain and reconcile financial records using Zoho Books
Prepare and file VAT returns
Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries as needed
Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring
HR:
Manage employee records and attendance
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate HR documentation and policies
Handle basic payroll and leave calculations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in Zoho Books is a must
Experience with VAT filing and UAE accounting standards
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR functions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
Previous experience in the UAE is a plus
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
